Reports To: Store Manager

**Essential Job Functions**

Assist internal and external customers in person and over the phone

Prepare quotes

Establish parts availability and place parts orders

Receive and deliver parts

Maintain accurate inventories and organization of products

Stock inventory and assist with merchandise displays

Match invoices to packing lists

Maintain proficiency with electronic business system and other computer programs

Other duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications**

Ability to respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to demands and requests from customers

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer relations and phone skills

Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict

Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently

**Preferred Qualifications**

Familiarity with Case and Kubota equipment and parts
