Pay $45K Hours: Flexible hours between 7:30a to 11:00p (M-F)/ Saturdays 10:00a to 4:00p Full Time Full Benefits

About This Position

The Customer Service Supervisor provides daily direction and communication to Customer Service Representatives in order that calls are answered in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.

What You'll Need

* Supervisory/call center experience preferred

* Knowledge of CISCO Systems or comparable phone system a plus

* Knowledge of quality assurance methods and practices in call center environment

* Knowledge of basic PC, Microsoft Office Programs, and AS400 preferred

* Front-line problem solving ability

* Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check, credit check and drug screening
