ABOUT THE JOB

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
In addition, your responsibilities include:

1. Staffing
2. Paperwork
3. Cost controls
4. Cash control
5. Food management
6. Working to a schedule
7. Maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards
8. Providing great customer service
9. Ensuring attendance & punctuality
10. Transportation to/from work
11. Store cleanliness
12. Marketing
13. Profitability

QUALIFICATIONS

General job duties for all store team members include:

1. Operating all equipment
2. Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
3. Preparing product
4. Receiving and processing telephone orders
5. Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork
