As Senior Director, Product Management, you will own the product vision, define and deliver the roadmap, and collaborate across the business to ensure our solutions meet real-world needs.

This is a high-visibility leadership role that blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will work closely with senior leadership, functional teams, and cooperative members to translate business goals into actionable product plans, integrate with existing systems, and optimize our portfolio to improve adoption, quality, and cost efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Partner with business leaders, agent organizations, and cross-functional teams to define needs, gather requirements, and shape product strategy.
• Develop, communicate, and deliver multi-year product roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery for in-house technology solutions, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Drive adoption and optimization of products, leveraging feedback, data, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, marketing, and operations to prototype, test, and refine solutions.
• Present updates, roadmaps, and business cases to senior leadership and at times to the Board of Directors.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of product management or product development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of delivering complex product roadmaps and driving execution in a cross-functional environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and gain consensus
• Experience balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery, ideally in a mature, structured project environment
• Logistics, transportation, or related industry knowledge a plus, but not required
