Remote Bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Representative - Hiring for December 15 and January 05 start dates - Training completion incentives - Weekly incentives offered for meeting call center goals -
Technical screenings are being conducted daily from 8am EST through 8pm EST until this class is filled. If testing and minimum qualifications are met during the screening, we are moving forward to background for the 1 / 5 start date.
You will be offered this role if: you pass the systems requirements, equipment requirements, language fluency and a background check.
We are seeking bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Representatives to support members with their transportation benefits. Representatives assist with ride reservations, confirm eligibility, and answer related questions.
MondaySaturday, between 8:00 a.m.6:45 p.m. You will choose your availability within the operating window.
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you must have your own laptop/desktop, monitors, and headset. Training is provided.

System Diagnostic and language assessment required: you must be willing to undergo a live scan of your equipment to ensure you have the minimum internet, equipment and Spanish speaking fluency to perform services.
