Job Description: The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and provides the phlebotomy component of the patient experience. PSR II will perform a wide variety of patient care activities using specific phlebotomy techniques to collect samples in an efficient, reliable and professional manner. PSR II will maintain patient confidence by taking patient calls and maintaining the patient care environment. PSR II will manage patient and office expectations and deliver the optimal experience.
