Maintenance Deerfield, MO

This is a full-time hourly (non-union) position with growth potential at a soybean processing and biodiesel production facility. Work is done primarily on the day shift with the possibility of overtime and call out work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant equipment
• Document inspection and service activity as required
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks; repair and replace equipment as needed
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and steam systems
• Order and inventory parts and equipment as directed and other responsibilities as assigned by management
• Physical work out in the elements. Ability to meet these physical requirements such as prolonged kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, shoveling, sweeping and ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Support reliability engineers with root cause analysis projects and the RCM group in the development of additional PMs, operating procedures, and equipment monitoring
• Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero-injury safety culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
• This position works directly with operations, shipping/receiving personnel, third-party contractors and requires an employee to maintain professional interactions and communication skills with various departments
