This is a full-time hourly (non-union) position with growth potential at a soybean processing and biodiesel production facility. Work is done primarily on the day shift with the possibility of overtime and call out work.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant equipment
Document inspection and service activity as required
Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks; repair and replace equipment as needed
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and steam systems
Order and inventory parts and equipment as directed and other responsibilities as assigned by management
Physical work out in the elements. Ability to meet these physical requirements such as prolonged kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, shoveling, sweeping and ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Support reliability engineers with root cause analysis projects and the RCM group in the development of additional PMs, operating procedures, and equipment monitoring
Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero-injury safety culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
This position works directly with operations, shipping/receiving personnel, third-party contractors and requires an employee to maintain professional interactions and communication skills with various departments
