What Youll Be Doing (Spoiler: Not Just Drafting Memos)

• Handling a caseload of professional liability matters from initial investigation through resolution.
• Taking and defending depositions (yes, youll get to do them!) Drafting real pleadings, motions, and briefs that end up in court, not just on a partners desk
• Making court appearances and arguing your heart out
• Reviewing ESI, interviewing witnesses

What You Bring

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Killer research and writing skills
• Poise, presence, and a love for arguing your point in a packed courtroom
