We are in search of a General Manager / Managing Director for our client, a global leader in the packaging industry, to lead one of their largest U.S. operations — a $200M flexible packaging facility with approximately 450 employees. This role carries full P&L ownership, commercial accountability, and strategic leadership responsibility for the site.

We are seeking a growth‑minded executive with proven packaging industry leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of driving operational excellence, building high‑performing teams, and actively engaging with the local community to strengthen culture and company reputation.

What You'll Do

• Lead site strategy, growth, and commercial performance
• Own full P&L, financial planning, and KPI execution
• Drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor a strong management team
• Build and expand customer relationships in target markets
• Champion a culture of teamwork, accountability & operational discipline

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing a manufacturing site or business unit (P&L leadership required)
• Background in packaging or container manufacturing
• Track record of driving growth, performance, and change
• Strong leadership presence and people development capability
• Familiarity with Lean, KPI management, or CI tools
• Ability to live and lead on-site in Missouri
