Site Supervisor

Hallcon provides mission critical, employee transportation services to the largest railroad operators in North America. We deliver safe, reliable, innovative, consistent, and cost-effective solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and training for new employees
• Ensure safety through training and vehicle maintenance and cleaning
• Bridge the gap between Hallcon field employees and corporate
• Coordinate with the Regional Manager to ensure all assigned locations are operating at max efficiency
• Work with Risk Management to report all violations, safety issues, injuries, and incidents

Qualifications

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to meet each essential duty and responsibility to a satisfactory level.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to clearly communicate both verbally and written
• Valid Driver's License with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year experience in team management
