The job:
As a Global Enterprise Relationship Lead , you'll work directly with divisional commercial leaders, our corporate leadership team, and customer C-Suite executives. You'll develop and execute partnership account strategies for our most strategic customers, creating innovative solutions that showcase Thermo Fisher's comprehensive capabilities and deliver substantial value to both parties. Managing Account Management Teams in a collaborative, matrix environment, you'll facilitate alignment on partnership strategies.
This position offers the opportunity to work across Thermo Fisher's full suite of products and capabilities while collaborating with senior leaders and strategic customers. You'll translate customer insights into meaningful partnership opportunities, negotiate complex agreements, and serve as the primary interface between strategic partners and Thermo Fisher. Your work will directly support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
This role is fully remote (working from home) and can be based anywhere in Europe . Regular international travel will be required – between 50% to 75% of working time – including overnight stays.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering
Experience working in matrix environments and aligning diverse stakeholder interests
Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L understanding and complex deal structuring capability
Experience managing large pharmaceutical accounts
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships both internally and externally
Advanced negotiation skills for large, sophisticated deal structures
Leadership experience managing account management teams preferred (direct line management)
Experience creating inclusive, collaborative team environments
Adaptability in dynamic business conditions
Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to travel internationally to customer locations – between 50-75% of working time
