Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in Digital Transformation, Data Warehouse (DW), and Data Lake technologies. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support our enterprise data strategy and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and solutioning for large-scale digital transformation projects involving cloud-based Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
• Define end-to-end data architecture frameworks, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies aligned with business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance policies.
• Document architecture decisions, solution designs, and integration patterns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud, big data, and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in digital transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in Data Warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).
• Strong expertise in Data Lake technologies (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Hadoop ecosystem).
• Experience with data integration tools and frameworks (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, Fivetran).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and privacy considerations for enterprise data solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML platforms and integration.
• Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud architecture.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
