Job Summary:
The District Performance Coordinator supports the operational and people priorities of multiple retail pharmacy locations within the district. This role partners closely with the District Leader and store managers to drive business results, coordinate high-impact initiatives, and ensure consistent execution of CVS Health's standards, values, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze district- and store-level performance metrics (e.g., sales, customer service, compliance, staffing) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Coordinate operational initiatives and process improvements across multiple stores, ensuring alignment with CVS Health goals.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new programs, acting as a project manager for district-wide initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and communications to enable data-driven decision-making by store managers and district leadership.
  • Partner with store managers to identify best practices and share learnings across the district.
  • Facilitate training sessions, huddles, and recognition programs to reinforce a culture of accountability and support.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing analysis, and recruitment coordination as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between store teams and corporate functions to resolve issues and ensure the voice of the district is represented.
  • Support colleague engagement and development initiatives, including tracking progress on performance goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail operations, project management, or an analytical support role; pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $28.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
