Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Lead troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities for plant machinery, equipment, and field devices, acting as the first point of escalation for lower-level technicians.; Inspect, operate, and test machinery or equipment to diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions.; Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance, including inspecting drives, motors, and belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, and completing other scheduled maintenance tasks.; Mentor and train junior technicians and peers by providing clear guidance, positive motivation, and on-the-job coaching to support departmental goals.; Review, prioritize, and complete work orders in a timely manner, performing all necessary maintenance or repairs as specified.
