We are a fast-growing real estate wholesale and investment company with operations across multiple states. Since 2016, we have helped distressed homeowners find real solutions through cash offers, novation transactions, and creative deal structures. We move fast, we are expanding into new markets, and we need someone who can build the operational backbone that lets us do that without things falling apart behind us.

We are hiring an Executive Assistant who is first and foremost an operational systems builder. Someone who can implement EOS across the entire company, build SOPs from the ground up, and serve as the connective tissue between the CEO and every team in the business. You will sit close to the CEO, understand everything happening across acquisitions, dispositions, transaction coordination, and marketing, and make sure information, decisions, systems, and accountability move where they need to go.

This is not a role for someone who needs a defined lane. The lanes here are built by the person in this seat.

Base salary: $52,000 to $62,000 per year, based on experience. Full compensation details are provided during the interview process.
